Where We Ship From

All orders are shipped from our facility in Sheridan, Wyoming, United States.

Where We Ship To

We currently ship to addresses within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories. We do not currently offer international shipping, but are working to expand.

Processing Time

Orders are processed and packed within 1–2 business days of being placed (Monday–Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order leaves our facility.

Transit times are estimates provided by our shipping carriers and are not guaranteed. Delivery times may vary due to weather, carrier delays, or high order volume during peak seasons.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx, selecting the most reliable and cost-effective option for your location, item, and order size.

Oversized Items

Some sports equipment (such as hockey sticks) ships in longer packaging and may take slightly longer to process. Any item-specific shipping notes are listed on the product page.

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows delivery but you haven't received your package, contact us at info@nightstoneholding.com within 7 days of the delivery date (or expected delivery date) and we'll work with you to resolve it — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.

Incorrect Address

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we're happy to help however we can if this happens — reach out to us right away.
